4.4% New England IPA

We were challenged by The Needle & Pin in Loughborough to make a 4% pale for the Meet the Brewer they had invited us to do. It was something we had been pondering for a while – how to get the all taste and feel of a NEIPA with a lower ABV

A few experiments later and Le Brouillard was born. A big hoppy flavour in a hazy brew that is still a bit chewy. You’re welcome.
