7% Flanders-style red with fruit

We fancied making a different sort of sour, one that had that slight balsamic tang you get from a Flanders’ beer. And then we were offered fruit! So we combined them.

A beautiful red base beer was aged on 21kg of crowdsourced fruit – rhubarb & blackcurrants, from Coventry allotments and gardens – to build a sophisticated beer with a sweet tang.
